The Spark
The Ember Collective was born from a deep understanding that healing isn’t linear—and that many young people are navigating life with wounds they don’t yet have words for. Founded by Tracy Perry, LMSW, a licensed social worker, mother, and woman of faith, The Ember Collective was created as a safe, inclusive space where youth and families can begin to process pain, rediscover hope, and build resilience together.
What started as a response to grief and personal loss has grown into a mission-driven organization providing trauma-informed support, emotional wellness education, and community-rooted care. We walk alongside students, caregivers, and schools to tend to the quiet spark that still lives within—the ember of hope, strength, and self-worth.
We believe that even in seasons of disconnection, trauma, or transition, there is always something within worth tending.

We believe in the power of collective action to create positive change. Every individual, when empowered and supported, has the potential to make a difference and influence the world for the better.
Our Mission
The Ember Collective is dedicated to empowering individuals, families and communities to overcome the darkness of mental health struggles and trauma. We aim to ignite sparks of hope, foster resilience, and guide people toward bright futures through education, support, and advocacy.

Our Vision
The Ember Collective envisions a world where mental health is prioritized, supported, and celebrated, allowing every individual to overcome adversity and thrive. We strive to ignite sparks of hope through advocacy, education , and connection, fostering a compassionate community where resilience flourishes and brighter futures are built.
