Meet the Team

Founder and CEO
Tracy Perry, LCSW
Tracy Perry, LCSW, is a licensed clinical social worker, mental health educator, and community leader with a relational, trauma-informed approach to supporting youth, families, and caregivers.
Affectionately known as TiTi, Tracy is recognized for her ability to create spaces that feel safe, honest, and human. Her work blends clinical expertise with warmth, humor, and real-life language — helping young people feel seen and caregivers feel supported rather than judged.
With years of experience working with individuals and families impacted by trauma, stress, grief, and life transitions, Tracy translates complex concepts about the brain, emotions, and behavior into conversations that are accessible and engaging. Her laid-back, relational style allows participants to stay present, regulated, and open to growth.
Tracy believes healing happens through relationship. Laughter is welcomed, accountability is held with care, and no one is expected to perform perfection. The work is serious — it just doesn’t have to be stiff.

I have dedicated my life to helping others with identifying barriers that they may be facing and helping them to work through any barriers to help them see that all things are possible when you put in the work.
I have worked with the youth for many years as well as people with developmental disabilities. My greatest pleasure was when I worked with the adolescences with the ESP. Where I learned really quick to not judge a book by its cover and that even our youngsters have a voice and should be encouraged to use it.
My purpose for being a part of the Chloe’sCare team is to give back to the community in which I live and work. I want to be a beacon of hope to all that we serve.

Treasurer
Jennifer Vonneida
For over 15 years I have served as Union Treasurer and as a member of the Executive Board. I believe in transparency and fairness, along with ensuring our union’s financial stability. I strongly believe in doing what is right for all involved. Serving in this role has taught me to be a better listener, make informed decisions on what is best for everyone, and encourage open dialogue.
I am a strong advocate for mental health awareness and support. I believe in the power of open conversations, self-care, and creating spaces where people feel safe, heard, and valued. The Ember Collective works towards creating supportive relationships, whether that is on an individual level or a community support level.
In my free time, tending to my garden, working the soil, getting lost in a good book, or spending time with my four-legged friends are ways that I enjoy escaping the pressures of life.

Trustee
Emmi Saufley
Emmi Saufley, a minority woman-owned business owner of two growing and successful businesses, both in the non-profit and for-profit world. Called to connect, to empower, to create, and to enhance a dream of one and bring it to life.
Runway for a Cause of the Southern Tier is a platform for creatives, for people of all ages, backgrounds and expertise to come together for one cause. Supporting one another in many forms.
Le Kim Associates is a platform to expand on that work, for consultations, for event planning, for mentorship, for styling and so much more.
Both of these businesses are what I strive to create a foundation that is open, accessible and inclusive to all.
