Secretary
Daniel Hodge
I am currently a Family Therapist working with all ages and family constellations. One specifically underserved population I am focused on is children under the age of five. I believe that our future generations benefit more when our children have the opportunity to heal before they become another statistic. Our families need support in understanding the impact of trauma and what it means to heal from a relational place. As a resident invested in the well-being of our community, I bring my clinical experience and ethical knowledge to this Board.

Treasurer
Belynda Dalbeck
When not overseeing the organization's finances, Belynda enjoys exploring the outdoors with her animals and believes in the power of The Ember Collective's faith based nurturing of the mental health of the members of the community.

When the seed for The Ember Collective was first planted, I believed deeply in its mission—one that is close to my heart. I was eager to contribute my time, talents, and skills to help bridge the gap between vision and execution. I remain committed to making a meaningful difference in the lives of those we serve through the organization.
My dedication to community service is longstanding, with volunteer work spanning organizations such as Habitat for Humanity, FMBC, Susan G. Komen, Jacob’s Ladder, Autism Wonders, and Love INC. These experiences reflect my enduring commitment to equity, holistic well-being, and the creation of compassionate, supportive communities for all.

I have dedicated my life to helping others with identifying barriers that they may be facing and helping them to work through any barriers to help them see that all things are possible when you put in the work.
I have worked with the youth for many years as well as people with developmental disabilities. My greatest pleasure was when I worked with the adolescences with the ESP. Where I learned really quick to not judge a book by its cover and that even our youngsters have a voice and should be encouraged to use it.
My purpose for being a part of the Chloe’sCare team is to give back to the community in which I live and work. I want to be a beacon of hope to all that we serve.
